REGULAR SUPPLY
The shareholder and producer cooperative Cirhyo and its pig farmers are responsible for structuring the pig activity sector. The contractualisation of upstream and downstream exchanges guarantees the regular procurement of slaughtering and processing tools for producing quality meat.

QUALITY IS CENTRAL TO OUR CONCERNS
We employ two specialised and efficient processing tools. These two sites allow us to quickly and efficiently meet all quality requirements (Red label, IGP, Organic farming), in a regional approach (Massif Central, Centre-Val de Loire, and Porc Montagne), or in terms of French pork (carcass, cuts, pre-packaged trays) for our wholesale and retail customers.
The Pork sector has reached a decisive stage of industrialisation, while still maintaining its traditional know-how.
